Job Description

Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements
Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation
Create 3D models and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape
Deliver high-quality 3D renderings for presentation and client approval
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders
Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor and ensure design implementation accuracy
Assist in preparing project timelines, schedules, and progress tracking
Ensure design execution aligns with project standards, quality, and deadlines

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in Architecture or Interior Design projects
Passionate about Architecture and Interior Design
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape
Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction methods, and detailing
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work independently with strong initiative
Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong design aesthetics
Willing to conduct on-site supervision and field coordination regular
