LOWONGAN KERJA — SENIOR ARSITEK

Zee Studio membuka kesempatan bagi Senior Arsitek yang memiliki pengalaman, ketelitian, serta kepekaan terhadap desain untuk bergabung dan berkembang bersama tim kami.

Tanggung Jawab

Memimpin dan mengelola proyek arsitektur dari tahap konsep hingga dokumentasi teknis.

Mengembangkan konsep desain, gambar kerja, visualisasi 3D, dan materi presentasi.

Melakukan koordinasi desain dengan klien, konsultan, dan tim internal.

Memastikan kualitas serta ketepatan dokumen dan gambar arsitektur.

Memberikan arahan desain serta solusi arsitektural yang efektif dan sesuai kebutuhan proyek.

Melakukan survey dan kunjungan lapangan apabila diperlukan.

Mengawasi serta memastikan implementasi desain sesuai dengan konsep yang telah ditetapkan.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S1 Arsitektur.

Memiliki pengalaman profesional minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang arsitektur.

Menguasai AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop atau software sejenis.

Memahami proses perancangan, gambar kerja, material, konstruksi, serta detail arsitektur.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.

Memiliki kemampuan berpikir konseptual, problem solving, serta perhatian tinggi terhadap detail.

Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif dalam tim.

Memiliki portfolio proyek arsitektur yang relevan.

Gaji

Rp4.000.000 – Rp6.000.000/bulan, disesuaikan dengan pengalaman dan kompetensi.
