Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on supervising finishing works .
- Proficiency in architectural drafting using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar ).
- Strong understanding of finishing concepts, materials , and application techniques to ensure high-quality execution.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
- Hands-on experience in on-site supervision , coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with design standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving design or construction issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Minimum age of 26 years old.
