Position-Specific Qualifications:
Area Villa Manager
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably as a Villa Manager or in a similar leadership role within luxury villa operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise multiple villas, while being detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities across different properties.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping standards, property maintenance, and guest service operations.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out processes, and address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, villa owner, staff, and management.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and operational challenges with professionalism, tact, and effective problem-solving.
- Skilled in coordinating with external vendors and service providers to maintain property standards.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high service quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records related to maintenance, repairs, and service requests
- Prepare and submit monthly operational and inventory reports to management as part of routine reporting.
