Mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
Mengikuti perkembangan pasar dan tren industri terkait.
Memberikan layanan pelanggan yang superior dan menjawab pertanyaan atau masalah pelanggan dengan cepat dan efektif.
Mengumpulkan dan menyampaikan informasi pasar dan umpan balik pelanggan kepada tim manajemen.
Requirements :
- Had minimum 3 years experience as Area Manager / Area Supervisor in a F&B Industry
- Capable to handle multiple store operations by handling team & product availability, inventory and target achievement per Month
- Build strong communication with other departments, tenant relations mall, another tenants at Mall
- Being able to learn new things and adapt quickly
- Depth knowledge of F&B business & Local Store Marketing
- High initiative person, fast response, able to mobile site visit regularly
- Friendly with P&L (Inventory, stock gap, waste, sales analysis, man power, plan management)
- Daily / weekly / monthly reporting to superiors
- Have a pre-opening store experiences
