Job description for Area Store Manager at Plan Do See Indonesia
We are looking for a dynamic and hands on Area Manager to oversee Pho Thin operations across Bali. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service and product quality, developing the team, and driving overall business performance across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor daily operations across all Pho Thin outlets in Bali.
- Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members.
- Monitor sales, operational costs, productivity, and overall outlet performance.
- Analyze operational and financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and brand standards are consistently implemented.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Work closely with the management team on business strategies, promotions, and operational improvements.
- Handle operational issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Support recruitment, training, and manpower planning for the outlets.
- Build a strong team culture and encourage ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets or locations
- Able to communicate in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written
- Experience handling multi-outlet or high-volume operations
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and F&B regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and budgeting
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
