Primary Focus: Identify, prospect, and acquire new distributors to drive market expansion across the Joglosemar Area.
- Manage sales activities and achieve sales targets across the Joglosemar area.
- Develop new markets, expand product distribution, and acquire new distributors and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Identify market opportunities, monitor competitors, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, product availability, and distribution coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain distributor relationships and monitor market conditions.
- Maintain an updated database of distributors, outlets, and potential business partners.
- Submit regular sales reports and field activity updates through the company’s reporting system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Fragrance/Perfume.
- Strong network and an existing database of distributors in Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang.
- Proven experience in distributor management, sales development, and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Willing to mobile working across Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds a valid driving license (SIM A and/or SIM C).
