PT. Indomak Kita Cipta Karya, a leading provider of Power Tools (Makita), is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Area Sales Representative for Jakarta
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain relationships with customers (Distributors, Dealers) in the assigned area.
- Conduct data analysis and segmentation to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Organize and maintain customer activities (Distributors, Dealers) and implement initiatives to increase market share.
- Develop business strategies and create business plans for the designated area.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in B2B sales and the power tool/hand tools industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of drive, ambition, and sense of ownership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for business.
