Qualifications :

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in retail & B2B sales and the power tool/hand tools industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel for business.
Job Descriptions :
- Maintain relationships with customers (Distributors, Dealers) in the assigned area.
- Conduct data analysis and segmentation to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Organize and maintain customer activities (Distributors, Dealers) and implement initiatives to increase market share.
- Develop business strategies and create business plans for the designated area.
