• Max. 40 tahun

• Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK (D3/S1 lebih disukai)

• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Area Sales Motris Beauty Product

• Terbiasa handling beauty class & direct selling

• Memiliki relasi/store base di area penempatan

• Pernah memimpin team BA/BC minimal 3 orang

• Target oriented & punya komunikasi yang baik

• Cepat tanggap, energik, dan bisa kerja team

• Memiliki skill analisa & negosiasi yang baik

Jobdesc:

• Visit store secara rutin & maintain relationship dengan existing store

• Follow up billing dan NOO ke distributor, GT & local MT

• Membuat daily action plan & reporting

• Handle sell in & sell out store

• Menjalankan program store untuk meningkatkan penjualan

• Maintain relationship dengan owner & staff store
