Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned area
- Manage and supervise Sales Executive and field teams
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers
- Ensure product availability and proper distribution in the market
- Identify new business opportunities and expand sales coverage
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports
- Provide coaching and performance evaluation for team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods
- Proven experience in managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong english proficiency
