Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company's goals and targets
2. Develop, coordinate and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and team performance
3. Identify and pursue business opportunities, including potential customers
4. Responsible for managing activity budgets
5. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets set by management
6. Maintain good relationships with customers
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirement:
1. Maximum age of 35 years
2. Bachelor/Master's in Marketing Business Administration, or a related field
3. Have 3 years of experience as a Area Manager
4. Has a wide network in the HORECA area
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Analytical mindset, proficient in interpreting sales data to drive strategic improvements and action plans
7. Placement in Surabaya, East Java
