Job Description
- Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations within the assigned area.
- Manage and evaluate branch/shift managers and ensure proper staffing and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, and operational results, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct operational, cash, and sales audits across assigned locations.
- Ensure staff training, onboarding, and development are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with Head Office and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Provide regular reports and escalate critical operational issues to Management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in QSR operations.
- Experience with McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or equivalent QSR brands is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Must not have previous work experience in Kuwait.
