Job description for Area Coordinator at PT Netciti Persada
PT Netciti Persada, a leading telecommunications and internet service provider, is looking for an experienced Area Coordinator to join our team in Maros, South Sulawesi. As an Area Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth deployment of fiber optic networks within the assigned area, from coordinating installation activities and monitoring project progress to maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve deployment targets.
Job Description :
- Supervise and monitor fiber optic installation activities, covering both ISP and OSP networks, to ensure smooth and timely project implementation.
- Coordinate closely with the PMO Manager and relevant teams to identify issues, analyze challenges, and support effective problem-solving throughout project execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and implementation schedules to monitor project performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain effective coordination with site stakeholders, including Developers, Paguyuban, RT/RW, and other relevant parties.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, CRM, Planning, and other departments, to support smooth network deployment and project execution.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FTTH/FTTx projects, preferably with experience in fiber optic deployment or field operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project targets.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to be based in Maros, South Sulawesi.
