Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Menerapkan dan mengeksekusi strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.
Mengatur anggota tim, memberikan arahan, dan memastikan bahwa seluruh anggota tim memenuhi target yang telah ditentukan.
Melakukan survei pasar untuk mengidentifikasi referensi kustomer untuk mengembangkan produk realme.
Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan dealer dan pemilik toko.

Kualifikasi:

Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang Retail Smartphone.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
Memiliki leadership yang baik.
Mampu bekerja di dalam tim.
Memahami dengan baik keadaan pasar di area penempatan.
