Job description for ARCHITECTURE COORDINATOR at Pram Projects
Project: Equator Medewi — Jembrana, Bali
PRAM is looking for an Architecture Coordinator to manage architectural technical coordination and quality control for an ongoing construction project in Medewi.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural works between designer, consultants, drafter, site team, subcontractors, and Project Manager.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, details, and construction information for constructability and site execution.
- Identify drawing conflicts, missing details, discrepancies, and potential site issues before construction.
- Prepare and coordinate RFI (Request for Information) and follow up technical clarification with relevant consultants.
- Review architectural shop drawings before submission/approval.
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with Structure, Interior, and MEP.
- Conduct architectural QA/QC inspections and monitor defect rectification.
- Coordinate material samples, mock-ups, and technical material approvals.
- Prepare Material Requirement Planning & Quantity Take-Off for Construction Needs based on approved drawings and work sequence.
- Assist in preparing short-term work planning and material requirement schedules.
- Coordinate with Architectural Drafter for drawing revisions, redline drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Support the Project Manager in identifying technical risks, delays, and required decisions.
- Ensure site works follow the latest approved drawings and specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in architectural construction/site coordination.
- Strong understanding of architectural finishing and construction detailing.
- Able to read and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Able to perform quantity take-off and material requirement calculations.
- Familiar with AutoCAD. SketchUp/Revit is an advantage.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate clearly with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Willing to work on the Medewi project, Jembrana, Bali.
