Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an architectural design consultancy
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Experienced in project planning, scheduling, and project monitoring
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction, and documentation process
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel
- Able to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of building regulations and industry standards
