Job Description
- Create detailed 2D or 3D design plans and practical design solutions for work methods.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure designs are practical, feasible, and kept on schedule.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor regarding measurements and project timelines.
- Coordinate directly with clients regarding design concepts and updates.
- Read and interpret CAD, 3D, and construction drawings accurately.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust project progress as needed.
- Conduct site visits and quality control (QC) checks for all active projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1 - 2 years of experience in drafter or architect.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or any related software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative, innovative, initiative, proactive.
- Able to work together in teams and individually.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Work from Office at Cakung, Jakarta Timur.
- Having a driver licence (SIM A/SIM C) is a plus.
