SITE ARCHITECT
QUALIFICATION:
- Currently staying in Bali
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer or a related field
- Relevant work experience in architecture, site planning, or construction management.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, and Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Time Management, Detail oriented, Problem Solving
- Able to join immediately
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide on-site support during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and reports for project phases.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution
