Job description for Architect at PT Pangkat Dua Bersama
We’re looking for an Architect who can turn ideas into spaces that are not only visually compelling, but also functional and buildable. As part of our Design Team, you'll be involved throughout the design journey, from translating client briefs into concepts to developing detailed technical drawings and supporting implementation on site.
What You'll Do
• Develop architectural concepts based on client briefs, spatial needs, functionality, and aesthetics;
• Transform concepts into detailed technical drawings (DED), including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details;
• Prepare sketches, moodboards, 3D concepts, and design presentations;
• Ensure drawing accuracy, dimensions, material specifications, and construction details;
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Site Team, Estimator, Procurement, and other related teams;
• Revise and develop designs based on client feedback and project requirements;
• Support construction through design supervision and site visits
• Solve design and technical challenges that arise during project implementation;
• Ensure designs remain aligned with project standards, regulations, and budget considerations;
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and design revisions.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture;
• 1–3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply for Junior Architect opportunities;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software;
• Good understanding of DED, construction details, building materials, and construction methods;
• Strong design sense with great attention to detail;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Collaborative and comfortable working across different project teams;
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills;
• Able to manage deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
