Architect (CANDIDATE MUST BE BALI BASED)
Full-Time | On-Site | Pecatu, Uluwatu – Bali
Join our growing real estate development team and help create exceptional residential and commercial projects in one of Bali's most iconic destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts from schematic design through construction drawings.
- Prepare complete architectural drawings, detailing, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Survey, Landscape, and Interior teams.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and permit requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants.
- Review material selections and architectural finishes.
- Support project handover and as-built documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
- Experience in real estate development, villas, hotels, or commercial projects is highly preferred.
- Proficient in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Revit (preferred)
Lumion / Enscape
Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of construction details and architectural standards.
- Able to prepare working drawings independently.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and permitting process.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Pecatu, Bali.
