Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Licensed Architect (or eligible)
- Able to work efficiently, accurately, and with great attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions and meet project requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software. Experience with 3ds Max is a plus.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the architecture field.
- Bali domicile is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative architectural concepts and design solutions based on client requirements and project objectives
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
- Create 3D models and high-quality renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, budgets, timelines, and applicable building regulations.
- Revise and improve designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during the construction phase when required.
