Qualifications:
Degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field from reputable university
Interior designer/ Architect with minimum 2 years experience in design and build
Age between 23 - 35 years old
Visionary, creative, resilient, problem solver, insightful, learner
Strong creative and visualization skills
Excellent technical drawing skills
Strong communication and project management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards

Job Description:
Innovate through design
Research, develop new insights and ideas, implement through analysis, experimentation and production of new designs
Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements
Create solutions for customer's needs through designs and organizing products' pre- production stage
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
Developing and presenting project proposals
Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs
Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Liaison production, on site managers and customers
Coordinate with project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals
Create creative solutions for design and pre-production processes
