Job description for Architect/Design Interior (Full Time) at Hang Tuah
Job descriptions:
- As an Architect, you will work on projects from inception, through strategic planning and concept to detailed design planning and resourcing effectively to meet budgets and targets.
- You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to create innovative solutions that meet their needs, while balancing aesthetic and functional considerations.
- Create and provide architectural design planning, building materials, and outlet visualization for new and existing outlets according to the following stages: Design Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Drawings.
- Collaborate with teams, contractors, and others to plan and prepare for project execution.
- Supervise the construction of buildings according to the design plans and timelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio, experience in F&B is a plus
- Proficient in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software or similar tools
- Excellent design, visualization, time management, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
