AR Collection Staff : Mengelola dan menagih piutang usaha (Accounts Receivable) agar pembayaran dari customer/marketplace masuk tepat waktu

Job Description:

Monitoring daftar piutang jatuh tempo (aging AR)
Follow up ke pihak MP & tim internal terkait selisih pembayaran/ piutang
Rekonsiliasi pembayaran masuk
Handle dispute/selisih pembayaran
Update status penagihan di sistem
Koordinasi dengan tim marketplace / finance
Reporting harian & mingguan terkait collection

Kualifikasi:

Minimal SMK/D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau Manajemen
Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di AR / collection / finance
Paham dasar: Piutang usaha (Accounts Receivable), Invoice & aging schedule
Menguasai Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot, basic reporting)
Bisa melakukan rekonsiliasi data pembayaran
Mengerti dashboard marketplace seperti Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok menjadi nilai plus
Administrasi rapi & detail
Paham alur refund, retur, klaim marketplace, potongan fee
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
