Job description for Application Support at PT Global LanceSoft Indonesia
We are looking for an Application Support Associate to ensure the availability, performance, and smooth operation of business applications.
Responsibilities
Monitor application performance and availability across web-based, desktop, and other platforms.
Troubleshoot application, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
Analyze system/application logs and perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Handle, document, and track incidents through the appropriate support process.
Coordinate and escalate complex issues to Development, Infrastructure, Network, or Database teams.
Provide technical support to users regarding application access and operational issues.
Support application maintenance, patching, and deployment activities.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports.
Participate in system testing, DRP exercises, and operational audits when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support, IT Support, or a related role.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of networking, SQL/database, Windows/Linux, and application logs.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience with monitoring or ticketing tools is a plus.
Willing to work on-site in Thamrin, Jakarta.
Note: Minimum GPA/IPK of 3.0 applies to candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
