Job description for Application Support at Andal Software
- Identification problems and finding solutions to customer requests or complaints in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
- Giving solutions in order to customers can use the program according to their needs
- provide consultation to customers about policy changes in the application
- Become one of the feedback channels for product development through customers
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar
- Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
- Experience as a customer service or consultant in IT/Tech Start up is a plus
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues
- Understand Mobile and Web programming languages is a plus
- Willingness to learn & ability to adapt is a big plus
