Job description for Application Support Internship at Mostrans Global Digilog
Assist the Application Support team in processing support tickets, validating their completeness, coordinating with Developers when necessary, and supporting root cause analysis and support innovations through to the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and live production.
Qualifications:
- Final year student in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or related fields
- Familiar with PostgreSQL and Oracle
- Have a good communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- High curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
- Willing to join 12 months of internship duration with commitment
- Placement: Pulomas, East Jakarta
