Job description for Application Support Engineer at Rey.id
- Provide technical support in application systems.
- Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
- Prioritize multiple, open issues.
- Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
- Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.
- At least 2 Years of working experience as an Application Support Engineer or related field.
- Able to code SQL, using API, JavaScript, and mid-level knowledge of coding.
- Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.
- Having good knowledge in Computer networks, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
