Job description for Application Support Engineer (Complaint Handling) at PT. KITA BANTU INDONESIA

Job Description:

1. Menerima dan menangani complaint transaksi dari user.

2. Melakukan analisa terhadap permasalahan serta memberikan solusi.

3. Melakukan workaround sesuai prosedur APS yang berlaku.

4. Mendokumentasikan complaint dan solusi ke dalam report.

5. Berkoordinasi dengan Supervisor Complaint Handling terkait operasional, rekonsiliasi data, dan kebutuhan aplikasi.

6. Berkoordinasi dengan Tim Application Support untuk penyelesaian permasalahan teknis.

Kualifikasi:

1. Menguasai Linux.

2. Mampu membuat scripting menggunakan Linux Shell.

3. Menguasai Oracle Database.

4. Memahami Java Application.

5. Memahami WebLogic.

6. Mampu membaca log aplikasi Java.

7. Mampu menganalisis isu transaksi aplikasi dan memberikan solusi.

8. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

9. Nilai tambah apabila menguasai Dynatrace dan ELK/Kibana.
