- Solid understanding of 2D animation
- Familiar with After Effects, Live2D, or similar tools
- Curiosity and strong motivation to learn new skills
- Interest in anime-style visuals and VTuber content
- Familiar with visual assets used for streaming
- Responsible, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Good communication and able collaborate in team
- Experience in VTuber rigging is a plus, but NOT required
