Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic training plans while also leading the development and execution of training programs to support our partner initiatives with a focus on partner training with carriers and retailers. The role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure effective training strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own training planning (working with internal teams, working with partners, partner prioritization), operations (training logistics, approvals of localization, content creation), training delivery (in person & virtual) and KPI tracking (according to central formats) end-to-end, for all applicable regions.
• Collaborate closely with Cognizant and client leadership teams to design and implement product training structures, coordinating with vendors and external agencies as needed.
• Consult with business partners and stakeholders to determine effective partner training & enablement strategies and design training programs to support products.
• Conduct task analysis, report training progress, and evaluate results to provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage the local execution of formal and informal training across all retail partners, including instructor-led workshops, e-learning modules, one-pagers, and demos.
• Adapt global content to regional needs and develop local content for customers and partners while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Organize scaled events and presentations for carrier & retailer partners during events. Deliver trainings and workshops that are engaging, memorable, and fun
• Coordinate field training teams in-store and call centers (where applicable), including onboarding, content development, and strategy implementation.
Skill & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Bahasa and English is mandatory. Fluency in other languages is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in building and executing comprehensive, dynamic training programs, preferably in a retail and/or consumer electronics environment.
• User or seller experience of Android related products, ideally Android mobile & Android Ecosystem.
• Creative mind and entertainer who feels comfortable onstage (small to large events) and working with groups of people
• Prior training project management experience or equivalent project management experience.
• Proficiency in mobile technology event management in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders, external agencies, and event vendors.
• Passion for technology with up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and trends.
• Flexibility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
• Ability to travel up to 40-50% as needed.
Note:
Experience as a trainer, event manager, carrier/ retailer training or teacher will be considered an added advantage.
