Persyaratan:

Leadership: Mampu mengarahkan, memotivasi, dan mengevaluasi kinerja staf.

Operasional F&B: Memahami standar operasional (SOP), kontrol stok/inventaris, dan keamanan pangan.

Pelayanan Pelanggan: Memiliki customer service skill yang prima.

F&B Product : Memahami atau memiliki pengetahuan tentang menu Pastry & Bakery, Gelato, Coffee

Manajemen Waktu: Mampu mengatur jadwal kerja (shifting) dan memprioritaskan tugas.

Komunikasi & Problem Solving: Komunikasi efektif dan mampu mengambil keputusan cepat.
