About the Role
PT Hitechmain Solusi Indonesia is looking for a Senior Accountant who can take an active role in managing the company's financial operations, financial planning, and business analysis.
This position is not limited to bookkeeping. We are looking for someone who understands the bigger financial picture and can provide useful financial insights for management.
## Job Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare budgets, financial plans, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor and analyze company cash flow, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Monitor the use and allocation of investment funds.
• Prepare financial calculations and projections for business plans and new initiatives.
• Analyze costs, profitability, margins, and financial risks.
• Provide financial recommendations to management based on data and analysis.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Maintain strong internal financial controls and accurate financial documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and financial consultants.
• Oversee existing tax and payroll processes together with the responsible parties.
## Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience as Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar position is preferred.
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Able to prepare and analyze financial statements independently.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong understanding of cost, profitability, and financial analysis.
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Able to communicate financial information clearly to management.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of financial responsibilities.
## Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a startup, technology, SaaS, or fast-growing company.
• Experience managing or monitoring investment/funding.
• Experience preparing financial projections or investor reports.
• Brevet A & B is an advantage.
• CPA, CA, or other relevant certification is a plus.

• How should the investment funds be allocated?
• How much can the company spend each month?
• How long can the available funds support the business?
• What revenue is required to achieve our financial targets?
• Which expenses should be prioritized or reduced?
• What will happen to the company's financial position under different business scenarios?
