Job Function

As an Accountant, you will be involved in a holding company.

You are responsible for consolidating financial statements across subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing intercompany transactions. You will also oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting to provide accurate insights for strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will establish standardized accounting policies and internal controls to maintain financial integrity across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and in a timely manner.

- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group and individual entities.

- Analyze financial statements monthly, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.

- Oversee accounts payable processes, including vendor invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.

- Resolve billing and payment issues in collaboration with administrative teams across companies.

- Support annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

- Prepare and maintain proper documentation for audits and tax purposes.

- Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial processes, internal controls, and accounting policies.

- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, or projects as required by management.

- Work closely with administrative teams in each company to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.

- Collaborate with tax consultants to ensure proper tax filings and compliance.

Job Qualification

- Bachelor degree in Accounting

- At least 2 years of experience in accounting

- Ability to work independently, proactively, effectively and with team

- Good knowledge in basic computer system such as microsoft excel, word, powerpoint, etc

- Good communication in both verbal and written
