Job description for Airport Representative at Balitrip WIsata
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests at the airport in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate airport transfers and communicate effectively with drivers and other operational partners to ensure smooth guest handling.
- Provide guests with accurate travel information, arrival assistance, and support related to their itinerary and transportation arrangements.
- Handle guest luggage and respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or special arrangements while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures and support the Operations team with daily airport coordination activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in airport handling, hospitality, tourism operations, customer service, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with domestic and international guests.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
