We are looking for an AI Workflow Engineer (Dify) to build and manage AI workflows that support our internal operations and business needs.
Your main focus will be designing reliable AI workflows, organizing prompt logic, and helping automate processes so the team can work faster and more efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience with Dify, AI workflow automation, or similar AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage AI workflows using Dify
- Design prompts, knowledge bases, and workflow logic based on business needs
- Integrate workflows with external tools when needed (API / webhook / WhatsApp / Google Sheets / database)
- Test workflows to ensure stable and accurate output
- Monitor active workflows and troubleshoot issues
- Create simple documentation so workflows can be maintained by the team
- Work closely with operations, content, and marketing teams to build useful automations
- Research and explore new AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Experience using Dify or similar AI workflow / automation platforms
- Strong understanding of AI workflow setup and automation logic
- Familiar with prompt engineering
- Comfortable with testing and troubleshooting
- Able to understand business needs and translate them into practical workflows
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience with API or webhook integrations
- Experience building AI chatbots or automation systems
- Familiar with WhatsApp automation
- Experience creating internal AI tools
