We’re Hiring: AI Workflow Engineer (Developer) – Banking Sector (Contract)
We are currently looking for an experienced AI Workflow Engineer (Developer) to support one of our key banking clients in building and scaling AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about AI technologies and have hands-on experience in developing workflows, automation, and intelligent systems.
Role Overview
As an AI Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI workflows and pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, System Analysts, and business users to design and maintain AI workflows and pipelines
- Analyze user requirements and develop AI workflows, models, AI personas, scripts, and system prompts
- Build and implement AI orchestration, automation, and pipeline solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve defects identified during testing phases
- Optimize workflow performance, scalability, and security
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems and processes
- Ensure alignment with data governance, security standards, and model lifecycle practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as AI/ML Developer or Workflow Engineer, preferably in the banking industry
- Hands-on experience in developing AI workflows, orchestration, automation, and AI pipelines
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, with solid API integration experience
- Strong understanding of AI components such as LLM, RAG, Vector Database, Embeddings, and Guardrails
- Experience with SQL Server and/or MySQL databases
- Understanding of data governance, security, and AI model lifecycle
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Contract & Work Setup
- Contract duration: 6–12 months (extendable based on project needs)
- Work arrangement: Onsite in Jakarta area (Tugu Tani)
