Willscale is looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy AI, not just a video editor; you are a storyteller who leverages the latest AI workflows to push the boundaries of modern digital advertising and content creation.
What You Will Do:
- End-to-End Production: Lead the creative process from storyboarding and conceptualizing to the final cut.
- AI Asset Generation: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to generate stunning visuals, B-rolls, music/songs, and cinematic elements that align with current ad and film trends.
- Advanced Editing: Stitch AI assets together seamlessly. You must have a strong grip on dynamic pacing, smooth transitions, and engaging storytelling to keep viewers hooked.
- Workflow Optimization: Build and execute efficient AI prompt workflows using LLMs to streamline ideation, scripting, and production.
What You Bring to the Table:
- The AI Tech Stack: Highly up-to-date and hands-on with the latest AI video and audio generation tools (e.g., Seedance, Higgsfield, Pixverse, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- LLM Mastery: Accustomed to utilizing AI logic and creative workflows in Claude or Gemini.
- Editing & Storytelling Chops: Strong traditional editing skills combined with a deep understanding of visual storytelling, storyboarding, transitions, and pacing.
- Agile & Remote-Ready: Highly accustomed to working independently in a 100% remote environment. You are comfortable handling tight deadlines and can flawlessly execute same-day edits without compromising quality.
