Job description for AI Video Creator/Editor at Willscale
Willscale is looking for an innovative AI Video Creator / Editor who combines strong core video editing expertise with heavy utilization of AI technology (~70–80% AI-driven workflow) to generate and produce high-quality video content from concept to final cut.
What You'll Do
1. AI video & asset production (primary focus)
- Edit and produce high-quality video content using tools like Higgsfield, Heygen, Magnific, ElevenLabs, Freepik AI, lipsync tools
- Turn ad scripts into finished short-form video ads that pass agency QA and ship to clients weekly
2. Prompt craft & workflow
- Write and refine prompts for consistent, on-brand visual output
- Use Claude / LLMs to speed up scripting, asset sourcing, and batch production (we work with MCP integrations)
- Formulate prompts to generate AI video assets, images, voiceovers, and visual effects tailored to project needs.
3. Tool scouting
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and trends to optimize production workflows and creative output.
Requirements
- Hands-on portfolio with generative AI video (Higgsfield, Heygen, Kling, Runway, Pika, or similar) — you must show finished work
- Experience with AI image tools (Magnific, Midjourney, Freepik AI, or similar) and voice/TTS (ElevenLabs or similar)
- Daily user of Claude/ChatGPT for real production work, beyond casual chatting
- Strong English comprehension (tool docs and much of our internal communication is in English)
- Comfortable with deadlines and weekly output targets
Nice-to-have:
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere) or understanding of DTC/e-commerce ad pacing
- Experience using LLMs via API, MCP, or automation tools (n8n, Make)
- Agency or content production background
