Your Role
As our AI Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered workflows across all divisions in Creatorz. This is not just a technical role — it’s a systems-thinking position that bridges creative, operational, and strategic needs with AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze internal workflows across divisions and identify AI integration opportunities.
Design and build AI-based systems, templates, prompt libraries, and automation workflows.
Create SOPs and training materials to guide team adoption of AI tools.
Lead the development of the AI integration roadmap and ensure its implementation aligns with business goals.
Educate and support teams across different departments in effectively using AI tools.
Continuously test, iterate, and improve AI systems to enhance performance and usability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and use cases relevant to the creative and agency industry.

Requirements
Solid knowledge and experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Notion AI, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
At least 2 years of experience in digital strategy, creative operations, or process/system design.
Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
Ability to simplify complex ideas and explain them clearly to non-technical teams.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
