Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI and LLM solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Perform prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI performance optimization.
- Develop scalable AI workflows and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Evaluate AI model performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guidelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Familiar with Hugging Face Transformers and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT).
- Experience with vector databases and AI application development using FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AI deployment best practices.
- Understanding of GPU sizing, AI infrastructure, cloud/on-premise deployment, and scalable AI architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for learning and exploring the latest advancements in the Generative AI ecosystem.
