Job description for AI Solution Engineer at ECGO EVMOTO
ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer who can identify business opportunities across fleet management, battery monitoring, and field operations, and turn them into production-ready AI/ML models and data pipelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify AI/ML application opportunities across business functions (fleet management, battery monitoring, technician scheduling, and financial reporting).
2. Design, build, deploy, and monitor production-ready machine learning models and data pipelines supporting daily operational decisions.
3. Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows, including operational dashboards, internal apps, and field processes.
4. Collaborate with non-technical teams to translate business needs into practical, high-impact technical solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions deployed in production environments.
2. Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
3. Proven experience building and managing end-to-end data pipelines (collection, cleaning, transformation, and storage).
4. Solid understanding of MLOps concepts: model versioning, monitoring, and production deployment.
5. Strong ability to work with structured data from SQL databases, APIs, and operational log files.
6. Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical teams clearly.
7. Fluent in English, but Upper-Intermediate level is welcome to apply.
8. Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).
Highly Desirable (Big Plus):
1. Experience in transportation, logistics, mobility, IoT devices (GPS/battery sensors), or internal LLM applications.
2. Familiarity with Airflow, MLflow, or cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
