Job description for AI Short Drama Editor (Production) at PT. HAPPY LAB INDONESIA
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating, selecting, and producing video and image materials related to AI short dramas, including but not limited to character designs, scene visuals, storyboard atmospheres, and short video clips.
- Collaborate with the optimization and operations team to continuously improve AI short drama materials based on advertising performance.
- Summarize the common characteristics of high-conversion materials, and refine character designs, plots, visual styles, and advertising assets.
Job Requirements:
- Major in Advertising, Art Design, or a related field, with a solid artistic foundation and strong creative thinking skills.
- At least one year of experience in advertising design, proficient in producing feed-based ad materials and video editing. Experience in creating AI-generated videos is preferred.
- Strong graphic design skills, proficient in software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc., with the ability to create corresponding advertising materials proficiently.
- Must be able to use English as a working language.
- Enjoy watching short dramas.
