💼 Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and coordinate participants for AI data collection projects.
- Conduct participant onboarding, project briefings, and follow-ups to maintain data quality and completion rates.
- Manage project budgets and process participant commissions based on performance.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including participant records, submissions, payment proofs, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
✅ Requirements
- Experience in community management, recruitment, project coordination, or operations.
- Comfortable managing budgets and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple participants simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- Organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to travel to Jakarta when required.
