Job description for AI Product Specialist at Taptalk

TapTalk.io is looking for an AI Product Specialist to support the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered products and chatbot solutions.

Job Description:

Configure, test, and optimize AI-powered chatbots.
Create, improve, and optimize AI prompts.
Manage chatbot knowledge bases and training data.
Analyze and troubleshoot AI responses and performance.
Support product setup, testing, and UAT processes.
Handle client onboarding, training, and product support.
Create training materials and product documentation.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve AI solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Product Support, IT Project Operations, Implementation, QA/UAT, or related roles.
Understanding of AI, Generative AI, chatbots, and AI prompting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable working directly with clients.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
