Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Account Management, or IT Project Management, preferably within B2B or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Semantic Search, and data governance, including data privacy and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and VPs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in preparing technical and functional documentation.
Job Description:
- Convert clients' business needs (e.g., legal, archiving, and corporate operations) into comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Align client expectations with AI technical capabilities and limitations, including LLM models, accuracy, latency, and on-premise data security.
- Work closely with partner AI Scientists on feature development, model fine-tuning, and system integration.
- Lead client-facing trials and Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives through to commercial agreement.
