We're seeking an AI Process Automation Engineer who is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to transform business processes. You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy designing intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity across the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and continuously explore emerging AI technologies to deliver impactful business solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Identify business processes that can be automated to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Design, develop, and implement workflow automation using platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Build and maintain AI Agents and AI Assistants to support business operations across multiple departments.
- Integrate various business systems through APIs, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, marketplaces, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, email platforms, and databases.
- Develop and implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI technologies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and provide knowledge sharing or training to end users regarding automation solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI and automation trends, evaluating and proposing innovative solutions that create business value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Development, Process Automation, Process Improvement, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and system integration concepts.
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript for developing and supporting automation solutions.
- Experience working with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other Generative AI platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about AI, automation, and continuously learning emerging technologies.
- Open to working full-time from our office in West Jakarta (WFO).
