About the Role
Most marketing teams are built on silos. A strategist writes the brief. A writer creates content without seeing the data. A creative produces without knowing what converts. Nobody owns the whole picture.
We're doing it differently.
We're looking for one person to own the full marketing stack at Pijar — content strategy, paid campaigns, SEO, social, analytics, and marketing ops. Held together not by a 10-person department, but by good thinking translated into workflows and AI tools used actually well.
What You'll Own
• Design and build marketing workflows — not just follow them. Set up repeatable systems for content production, campaign execution, and reporting, and keep them running without hand-holding
• Handle the tools across the stack — GA4, Meta Ads, a CMS, an automation builder. You figure things out without needing a specialist for every login
• Source and curate inspiration — absorb references across industries, formats, and platforms, and translate them into ideas that fit the brand
What We're Looking For
• At least 3 years of marketing experience across more than one discipline — content, paid, SEO, analytics, or ops. You don't need to have mastered all of them, but you've touched more than one and you're curious about the rest
• Writes and communicates clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Comfortable reading data and making decisions from it, not just reporting numbers
• Can translate strategy into execution without losing the original intent
• Has a genuine curatorial eye — you spot patterns across industries and know what's worth using (and what isn't)
• Comfortable designing workflows, not just following them — you've built a process or system that made something run more smoothly
• Self-directed — you can take a brief, a direction, or a problem statement and run with it
