We are looking for an AI Marketing & Content Specialist to create and scale content across our brands using AI, automation and modern marketing tools.

What This Role Is About

1. You’ll work with real project footage, site visits, finished projects and product content, turning them into engaging content across social media and advertising channels.

2. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond creating one piece of content at a time. You should be able to identify multiple content angles, repurpose existing materials, and find ways to make the process faster and more efficient.

What You Will Do

1. Turn project and product videos into reels, TikToks, design breakdowns, educational content, before-and-afters and ad variations.

2. Use AI tools to speed up video editing, subtitles, audio, voiceovers and content repurposing.

3. Use AI to develop hooks, scripts, captions and ad copy, then refine them to fit our brand.

4. Adapt content for English and Bahasa Indonesia audiences.

5. Research trends, competitors and customer questions to identify content opportunities.

6. Build simple workflows for scheduling, content organisation, localisation and repetitive tasks.

7. Analyse social media and ad performance to understand what works and what to test next.

Who You Are

1. You already use AI as part of your regular workflow.

2. You enjoy testing new tools and learning independently.

3. You understand social media, short-form content and what makes a strong hook.

4. You have good marketing judgement and can improve AI-generated content.

5. You naturally look for opportunities to automate repetitive work.

6. You can work independently across multiple brands.

7. Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, CapCut AI, Descript, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Make, Zapier or n8n is a plus.

You do not need to know every tool. We care about your ability to learn and apply new ones.
